SpaceX launch planned for late Sunday night

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 NEWS) - SpaceX could launch a Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral on Sunday.
The rocket will hold a commercial communications satellite to service the south pacific region, including China, Mongolia and India.
The target launch time is set for 11:28 p.m., but officials say there is a four-hour window for lift-off.
