Request to rush smokable medical marijuana case rejected

ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The fight over medical marijuana won't be heading to the Florida Supreme Court right away, as an appeals court has rejected a request to hurry the case along.

Last month, a judge ruled the ban was unconstitutional. The hold was lifted and then put way and it will stay that way until the case can be heard.
