Power outage caused by drunk driver, police say
ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Orlando police officers arrested a woman, accused of causing a power outage after crashing into a utility pole while allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
Power was out of several hours in Orlando's Audubon Park neighborhood on Monday morning, after police say 36-year-old Breanne McLemore crashed into the pole near North Forest Avenue and Virginia Drive around 3 a.m. Crews with the Orlando Utilities Commission said power was restored to the area by early Monday afternoon.
