ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Orlando Police say that Jose Arenas opened fire on a man outside the Venetian Place Apartments last week.
Investigators believe the shooting broke out during a fight.
The victim died at the hospital and Arenas is now being charged with murder.
