Pedestrian struck, killed by train

MELBOURNE, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say a pedestrian was struck and killed by a train in central Florida.

Florida Today reports that downtown Melbourne traffic was snarled for about two hours Friday morning as police investigated.

Police weren't immediately naming the victim or what led to the fatal collision.
