Osceola Co. setting up registry of convicted animal abusers
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Osceola County is setting up a registry of convicted animal abusers.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, the new law requires groups like kennels and humane societies to check the database before completing a sale or rescue.
The registry will be available on the Clerk of Courts website.
