What will the weather look like for the rest of the week?

Looking Ahead:

Rain chances will remain elevated Wednesday and Thursday as a boundary lingers over the state, keeping showers and storms in the forecast.

Flash flooding will remain possible with the amount of moisture we'll have to work with in the atmosphere.

By the weekend, the front is expected to sag south, allowing drier air to move in and bringing an end to the daily pattern of afternoon storms.

Temperatures will be a little below average too, with highs around the mid-to-upper-80s through the weekend.
