Orlando weather: Cold air surges in Sunday night, few light showers expected Monday morning
Orlando PM Weather Forecast: January 19, 2025
The severe weather has moved out and the cold arctic air is moving in. Meteorologist Laurel Blanchard has the timeline and how cold our temps dip through the overnight tonight. Tune in to see what the start of the work week looks like and when Florida can see some winter weather.
ORLANDO, Fla. - TONIGHT:
Keeping clouds around for the rest of the overnight as the cold air starts to surge in.
That could bring a few light showers into the morning commute tomorrow.

Highs today rise back into the Lows TANK back into the 30s and 40s heading into early Monday.
MONDAY:
Mostly cloudy skies with temperatures starting in the 40s. Clouds start to thin out tomorrow afternoon, but temperatures will stay chilly in the mid 50s.
WINTER WEATHER IN FLORIDA - PM TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY :
A low pressure system will start to organize off the coast of Texas, picking up moisture with the warm air from the gulf.
This will interact with the ARCTIC air surging down into the Southeast from this weekend's cold front and bring the potential for snow and freezing rain into the deep south and Florida.
Areas of our WOGX counties could see the potential for icing and freezing rain.
Still too early to really pinpoint how far south the freezing potential will be at the moment, but be prepared for roads to be VERY SLICK up the I-75 corridor.
