Missing teen: Jeffrey Lee Williams of Citra

CITRA, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The Marion County Sheriff's Office says that 16-year-old Jeffrey Lee Williams is missing out of Citra, Florida.

They say that at approximately 8:30 p.m. on May 21st, Jeffrey arrived at his residence on N. U.S. Highway 301 in Citra with an injury to his foot/ankle. But when Jeffrey's family tried calling 911 for help, Jeffrey left the house on foot.

Jeffrey was last seen wearing a bright colored shirt, black jeans, and tennis shoes. Deputies and family members are concerned for Jeffrey's well-being and believe that he needs immediate medical attention.
