Man shot in parking lot of Pine Hills grocery store

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Investigators say a man was shot outside of a grocery store in Orlando's Pine Hills neighborhood Wednesday evening. 

According to deputies with the Orange County Sheriff's Office, that man got into the back seat of the car in the parking lot of Winn-Dixie, at 5732 North Hiawassee Road.  

"He stumbles out of the vehicle, shot multiple times and the vehicle that he was in speeds away," says Lt. Taylor Kent with the Sheriff's Office.

Deputies say the man was  transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center in critical condition. They say they found a gun under the victim, but theyare not sure if it was his gun.
