TAMPA, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - A Tampa businessman who has battled lung cancer for years has asked the Supreme Court for permission to grow his own pot.
The justices say no, as the attorneys for the Department of Health argue that allowing it would hamper how the state regulates growers.
