Luke Perry's final episode of 'Riverdale' to air Wednesday
ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - The time has come for fans to say good-bye to Luke Perry on 'Riverdale.'
The final episode that Perry appears in will air Wednesday night.
Perry passed away last month at the age of 52 after suffering a massive stroke at his home.
"Riverdale" creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa announced the pivotal episode on social media Sunday.
"This week’s #Riverdale is the last episode Luke filmed. As always, Fred’s imparting words of wisdom to Archie. A beautiful, true moment between a father and his son. Wish these scenes could go on forever... "
Perry played Fred Andrews, the father of the main character, Archie Andrews. It's still unknown how they will handle his character's departure.
