Judge denies bond for a teacher's assistant accused of sexual battery

KISSIMMEE, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - A judge has denied bond for Miralys Agosto, a teacher's assistant accused of having sex with a 16-year-old special needs student. 

Agosto resigned her position at Westside K-8 School in Kissimmee on May 7.
