Jihadist Application Forms: 22,000 leaked docs reveal IDs of ISIS members

Sky News, the 24-hour international news operation based in Britain, has obtained a cache of documents reportedly leaked by an ISIS defector, including applications filled out by those seeking to join the terror group.
Greg Palkot, senior foreign affairs correspondent for the Fox News Channel, reported on America's Newsroom from London that these entry questionnaires were among 22,000 documents turned over in one thumb drive.
Jihadists from 51 nations, including 12 Americans, filled out the registration forms, Palkot reported. On one American's form, Palkot said the subject gave his name, nationality, address, phone number, previous employment, and marital status.
Sky News is majority-owned by 21st Century Fox, the parent company of both FOX 35 and the Fox News Channel.
