ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Locals are coming together to help people who are in need after Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico.
The I-4 to Puerto Rico charity drive started yesterday asking for donations for hurricane victims.
Relief items needed include toiletries, bottle water, pet food, diapers, trash bags and several other items.
Items are being collected this week at a warehouse at 4045 Forrestal Ave, Bay #7 in Orlando. Hours are 8am to 5pm.
The relief effort drive will last for a week before they leave for Puerto Rico.
