Deputies respond to shooting near Orange County hookah lounge
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - Deputies responded to a shooting near an Orange County Hookah Lounge early on Sunday morning.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office said that at 4:43 a.m. on Sunday, deputies responded to the Sky Hookah Lounge on E. Colonial Drive in reference to a 911 shots fired call.
Upon arrival, deputies said that they observed cars leaving the business at a high rate of speed. Witnesses in the area told deputies that someone at the club was a victim of multiple gunshot wounds but left the scene. Deputies also reportedly learned that a victim was driven to Florida Hospital East by his girlfriend. He was later transported to the Orlando Regional Medical Center for treatment.
