Congressman-elect Spano may have violated finance laws

LAKE COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - A newly elected Central Florida congressman confessed that he may have broken the law.

Ross Spano stated that he might have violated campaign finance laws by accepting loans from friends to fund his campaign.

Spano was elected to District 15 in November, which covers parts of Lake County including Clermont.
