Brightline train barely misses truck that drove through crossing gates
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A truck driver came just seconds away from being run over by a train, according to witnesses who recorded the whole ordeal on a dashboard camera.
The video shows the truck turning onto a street as the crossing gates come down. The driver slows down behind another vehicle but then scoots around the car and drives right over the tracks.
Seconds later, a Brightline high-speed train comes into frame, with the truck making it over just in time. The video was recorded in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
