Body cam footage of arrest outside of DeLand Circle K released

DELAND, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Dramatic body cam video from outside of a DeLand Circle K have been released. 

A worker called police after investigators say that a man refused to pay for his sodas. 

While talking to officers, they say the man refused to identify himself or provide his fingerprints as a form of identification. As a result, he was arrested.
