Big crowds expected at theme parks for the Fourth of July

Big crowds are expected at the theme parks this Fourth of July.

Whether you are coming to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, or SeaWorld Orlando, the earlier you go, the better. And a theme park expert says that instead of fighting the crowds for the hottest ride or eating when everyone else does, alter your game plane a little. This will help you go through the park and grab a spot for the fireworks.

Parks often hit capacity on the Fourth of July. If you do get in and stay for the fireworks, you will have to find a place to watch from. SeaWorld Orlando will allow you to reserve  a seat, but at Magic Kingdom or Epcot, you have to stake out a spot.

Universal Orlando Resort is planning dance parties and SeaWorld Orlando has extended hours for the day with a patriotic firework display blasting off overhead.

Be sure to bring along some water, sunscreen, and your patience.
