Bag of kittens rescued after being tossed in dumpster

LARGO, Fla - A heart-breaking story from Pinellas County where a bag of kittens were found in a dumpster. 

Brad Parrott found the kittens at a mobile home park in Largo, Florida. Parrott then took the kittens home and fed them before going back and finding the mother.

"There was a high-pitched, distressful, "help" like cries," Parrott explained. "I don't understand how somebody can take a living creature and just throw it away." 

Sadly this is not the first time someone has done something like this at that mobile home park.  People have thrown away kittens and adult cats there before. 

Police and the people who run the place have now posted notices on all the dumpsters.
