A man's entrapment by a fire hydrant results in death
MELBOURNE, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A man died yesterday afternoon
The victim was traveling southbound on Tavistock Drive when he suddenly veered off the roadway and struck a fire hydrant.
The driver exited vehicle, but was pulled under the vehicle when the water from the broken hydrant spilled out.
The victim was transported to the hospital, but unfortunately he died there.
