2 sought for questioning in armed robbery
LEESBURG, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Leesburg police officers are searching for two people connected to an armed robbery.
On Monday, two masked, armed, black men entered Family Food Mart, at 1013 W. Dixie Ave, stole an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot. Responding officers and a police K9 team attempted to locate the men; however, they were unsuccessful.
One man seen in surveillance video and wearing a gray hoodie is considered a "person of interest," whom investigators say is possibly an accomplice in the case.
