Massive clean-up underway in Polk County after tornado

The National Weather Service has confirmed an EF-2 tornado touched down in Polk County around 11 p.m. Friday night, causing severe damage. The tornado was 0.3 miles wide and its path stretched for nine miles, surveyors found. It left destruction in residential areas and mangled cars along Interstate 4. It also caused damage to business areas and to a school.
