Flagler man accused of trying to meet up with teenager

A Flagler County man has been arrested, accused of trying to meet who he thought was a 16-year-old girl for what deputies are calling illegal behavior. Deputies said Joseph Aaron Stream, 27, tried to arrange a meeting with the teenager through Facebook messenger.
