Police ID persons of interest in toddler abandoned in New York

Authorities in Buffalo, New York say surveillance video shows persons of interest in a strange case involving a Florida toddler who was abandoned in New York. Two bodies were found in a burned vehicle which authorities say was rented by the toddler's parents.
