Melbourne to enforce 3-hour downtown parking limits

The City of Melbourne is stepping up enforcement of downtown parking limits in an effort to address a long-standing shortage of available spaces. Officials said the three-hour time limit has been in place for years, but inconsistent enforcement has allowed drivers to occupy the same spots for much of the day.
