A new approach to keeping bears out of trash

A wildlife advocacy group is taking a new approach to trying to keep bears out of neighborhood by implementing "bear gardens." This new method, however, is at odds with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commissions' warning against feeding bears.
