Police bodycam released in Derek Diaz shooting

The Orlando Police Department has released the bodycam video in the deadly shooting of Derek Diaz. Diaz was shot by Orlando police officers during the early morning hours of July 3 in downtown Orlando. He died at the hospital. Police said Diaz was suspected of illegal drug activity and during the traffic stop allegedly made a movement. Officers thought it could have been a gun and shot Diaz. Diaz's family had demanded that Orlando police release the bodycam video. This video was produced by Orlando Police.
