Crews faced obstacles in removing the paint due to the porous material in the pavilion, which absorbed the paint and made the removal difficult. No suspects have been identified at this time, police say.

Ta’Shard Smith, now 18, Sincere McKenzie, now 18, and Cornelius Wall, 21, were indicted by a grand jury. Armand was found dead inside a Range Rover on Nov. 15, 2024, at 2:45 a.m. The sheriff's office said he had been shot multiple times. Deputies believed this shooting was not random, and that it is potentially linked to gang activity.
