21 undocumented immigrants arrested in Florida targeted operation, ICE says

More than 20 undocumented immigrants were recently arrested in a two-day, multi-agency operation in Florida, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials say.

The Florida State Immigration Enforcement Council held a meeting Tuesday afternoon where law enforcement officials from across the state talked about immigration enforcement. Leaders talked about the lack of space in jails to hold suspects, which prompted a conversation about receiving more help from the federal government when it comes to this issue.
