In the past 24 hours, the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) has reported two deadly LYNX bus crashes in the Orange County area. Troopers say the first crash involved a pedestrian attempting to cross State Road 50, and the second occurred when a speeding driver lost control of his Tesla.

The Jacksonville International Airport was closed for several hours after a fire broke out in one of its parking garages on Friday afternoon. Crews have been able to contain the fire, and no injuries have been reported. Authorities said the fire started with one vehicle and spread to others. It has not yet been determined the type of vehicle in which the fire began.

The 10 men, some of whom are charged with murder and other violent crimes, fled through a hole behind a toilet, then scaled a wall while the one guard assigned to their cell pod was away getting food, authorities said.

Flagler Playhouse is in their third year for the program. The local group is putting on "Aladdin Jr." in June. Tickets start at $20. Jerri Berry, president of the Flagler Playhouse and head of the project, joins Good Day Orlando with some of her students to talk about the play and the importance of the program.
