Ethan Pritchard shooting: Attorney pushes for trial

Months after Florida State linebacker Ethan Pritchard was shot in the back of the head while dropping his aunt off after a game, he's now suing the two apartment complexes where this shooting took place. "When you allow your property to turn into a warzone, innocent civilians, like Ethan, who just happen to pass through, dropping off family, get hurt," Pritchard's attorney Ryan Fletcher told Good Day Orlando. He said if an apartment complex knows there's criminal activity happening on their property, they have to do more to make the property safer.
