The Apollos lose for the first time, 22-17 to Arizona Saturday night at Spectrum Stadium

Orlando is undefeated no more.  The Apollos dropped their first game in franchise history, 22-17 to Arizona Saturday night at Spectrum Stadium.

The Apollos now hold a 1 1/2-game lead on Birmingham in the Eastern Conference.

Garrett Gilbert threw for 269 yards and two touchdown passes, but also threw his first interception.

Orlando's last chance to take the lead was stopped by its own mistakes.  With less than 10 seconds left, a false start penalty as Gilbert was spiking the ball to stop the clock resulted in a 10-second runoff, and the end of the game.
