Orlando City SC Announces 2020 MLS Regular Season Schedule

Orlando City SC has unveiled the schedule for its 2020 Major League Soccer (MLS) regular season.

The Lions will play their first match under new Head Coach Oscar Pareja on February 29 when they host Real Salt Lake at Exploria Stadium, with kickoff slated for 6 p.m. ET. This will mark the sixth-consecutive season City will open its campaign at home and the second time in Club history against Real Salt Lake.

The home schedule is highlighted by visits from 2020 expansion sides Inter Miami CF and Nashville SC. The Lions will play host to their newfound in-state rival on Friday, July 10 in a nationally televised match on ESPN before traveling to Lockhart Stadium for the first time on August 20 as a part of Heineken Rivalry Week, a week that also features a matchup with Atlanta United. Nashville SC will make its first visit to the City Beautiful on Saturday, September 12.

Pareja will make his return to each of his former clubs throughout the 2020 road campaign, with the Lions set to face the Colorado Rapids on Saturday, March 7 for their first road game of the year. The 2016 MLS Coach of the Year will then visit to FC Dallas for the first time since his departure from the club when the Lions head to Toyota Stadium on Saturday, July 18.

The Lions will be featured in at least six nationally televised matches throughout the 2020 season across the networks of ESPN, FOX and UniMás. Central Florida-based fans will be able to tune into all locally broadcast matches on Fox 35 Plus (WRBW, Ch. 65), formally known as My65.
