Dom Dwyer's 87th minute goal gives Orlando City win over Portland Timbers

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Orlando City rallied late to beat the Portland Timbers 3-2 on Sunday.

The Lions struggled for most of the game. The Timbers got the scoring started on a penalty kick in the 18th minute.

Portland's second goal came early in the second half with a header that found the back of the net.

Orlando city struggled until the 80th minute when Chris Mueller knocked one in with a header off of a corner kick. Sacha Kljestan scored on a penalty less than a minute later.

Orlando City pulled ahead in the 87th minute with a goal off the foot of Dom Dwyer who recovered after stumbling and falling on the right side of the box.

The final score, 3-2 as Orlando City won it's second in a row at home.

The Lions take to the pitch again Friday night on the road against the Philadelphia Union.
