Tuesday Jones went up to Cooperstown to tour the Hall and sign the area where his plaque will be. Jones said it still hasn't really sunk in that he's a Hall of Famer.

"I don't feel like I'm worthy," Jones told FOX 5. "I mean you're talking about the guys I idolized growing up, the best of the best, and now you're telling me I am in here too? It gives me goosebumps."

FOX 5 was the only Atlanta TV station there for Chipper's tour. Jones went through the entire museum where he saw some of his own jerseys, bats, and balls on display.

"I remember that bat," Jones said. "I had a great season that year."

One of Jones' favorite parts was an area not open to the public where they house even more authentic memorabilia from past Hall of Fame legends.

"Holding Babe Ruth's bat? Really?" Jones said. "I had no idea this place was so big. I could stay here for hours."

This was Jones' first time touring the museum. FOX 5 reporter asked Jones what his speech his coming along. Jones will address former teammates, coaches, and fans at the induction ceremony.

"There will be a lot of thank yous that's for sure," Jones said.

Jones said the July ceremony may have an extra special guest.

"My wife is pregnant and she is due the day after the ceremony," Jones said. "We've already been looking at hospitals up here just in case."

FOX 5 asked Jones what his son's name will be.

"Cooper," Jones said. "It's perfect"
