Woman is accused of using a GPS to stalk ex

A Sanford woman has been charged with stalking her ex-boyfriend, by using a GPS tracker, according to authorities.

Deputies say that each time Erica Capps, 35, located her ex-boyfriend, she would start yelling at him and the women he was with.

The victim told them that he went to four different places in Altamonte Springs, Maitland and Sanford, and when he walked outside, Capps was waiting for him at each location.

The ex-boyfriend told deputies that Capps also sent screen shots of places he had been, questioning him why he was there and causing him distress.  Investigators say the tracking device was under the victim's bumper.

Capps and the stalking victim have a child together, deputies say.
