ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Deputies with the Orange County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting incident on Thursday afternoon at Orla Vista Park, which left two injured.
When deputies arrived at the scene around 2 p.m., they discovered a woman, seated in her van in the parking lot and suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. Authorities said the 21-year-old man has been uncooperative in the investigation. The female victim is an employee of Greater Oasis Christian Academy and is being described as an innocent bystander. Both received non-life threatening injuries and were treated at ORMC.
