TOMY International has recalled 40,000 baby bottles due to a possible choking hazard.

Consumer Product Safety Commission officials said in a June 4 recall notice that the bottle’s hard plastic outer shell can bubble or partially peel off, and this may result in loose pieces of film like plastic that pose a choking hazard to young children.
