Two-car crash kills 2 adults, 1 child in Lake Co.

LAKE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A two-car crash claimed the lives of two adults and a child in Lake County.

Troopers say the crash happened on County Road 455 and High Crest Court Lake on Sunday afternoon.

Debra Irwin, 56, of Montverde, and her granddaughter, Fallon Painter, 3, from Clermont, died in their 2010 Infiniti SUV.

Troopers say it collided with a 2011 Jaguar driven by a 22-year-old man from Sanford who came out of his lane.

Troopers say it is too early to tell who was at fault in the crash, but we are told the child was properly restrained.
