SANFORD, Fla. (AP) - Donald Trump says his first presidential act would be to repeal the Affordable Care Act.
Trump told supporters at a rally in Sanford, Florida, that he would immediately "ask Congress to put a bill on my desk to get rid of this disastrous" program, adding "it will be so easy." Trump has been trying to seize on the act as a potent issue following word that average premiums under the law will jump sharply in 2017.
