Saturday's rain will brew up on the east side of the state and then will head steadily westward towards Tampa. Lesser coverage is expected near Ocala and Gainesville over the weekend.
Sunday offers higher chances of showers developing over the interior and exiting the east coast beaches as steering winds become southwesterly in advance of an approaching front.
