Car theft suspect arrested

DEBARY, Fla. - A man was arrested after driving his vehicle into the water, police said.
The incident happened at a boat ramp in DeBary on Sunday.
Witnesses said that 19-year-old Juan Lopez walked out of the water, stole another person's car, and eventually crashed into a building.
Lopez was arrested.
