SATELLITE BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A surfer is recovering after a shark bit him. It happened Tuesday, in the waters off Pelican Beach Park in Satellite Beach.
Crews on the scene say the shark bit the man's leg and then swam away.
They treated the man, and he did not go to the hospital.
