Standing in his work shirt, 29-year-old Dollar Tree employee Aaron Krone went before a judge on Thursday, charged with video voyeurism.  Krone is accused of secretly recording video of customer going to the bathroom inside the Orlando store's bathroom.

According to Krone's arrest affidavit, after a customer asked to use the bathroom, he told her he had to get  toilet paper first.   The customer told officers as she got up she saw a phone in a box that was directly in front of the toilet that was recording her.  Police say she grabbed that phone walked up to the front of the store, informed the manager then called 911.

Krone's arrest affidavit says that when officers asked if he knew why they were in the store, he admitted to the that he had done a "terrible thing."

Investigators say the video on Krone's phone shows a black man with dreadlocks wearing a green shirt and khaki pants bending over looking in the box, "as if he's checking the video angle."  Moments later,it showed the victim pulling down her jeans and going to the bathroom.

Since Krone does not have any prior arrests, the judge released him without bond and ordered him to stay away from the store and the victim.  A spokesperson for Dollar Tree tells FOX 35 that they are completely cooperating with the investigation.
