ST. CLOUD, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The St. Cloud Public Information Office has announced that Joseph Silvestris is the City's new Fire Chief.
The office of the City Manager says that his hire comes after a thorough search and interview process.
Silvestris comes to the City with nearly 30 years of experience -- most recently as the Assistant Chief of Operations/Emergency Manager at the City of Clermont Fire Department. He has an extensive educational background that includes degrees from Columbia College and Valencia College.
Silvestris will begin the position on March 26th.
