Smartphone apps make sure you never miss out on a price drop again

Don't you just hate when you buy something online, then find out the price dropped and you missed out?

The News Station's Tom Johnson found an app, called Paribus, that makes sure it never happens to you again, and they'll make sure you get paid if it does.
