Sketch released in distraction theft scheme

ST. CLOUD, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Deputies in Osceola County have released a sketch of a man who has been knocking on doors in St. Cloud, trying to rob homes, as part of a distraction scheme.

Deputies said he told a homeowner he was cutting trees down next door and needed to see their backyard. A second suspect knocked on the door, asking to check the water. 

The two suspects spoke over walkie-talkies. When the homeowner tried to go back inside his home, the two men ran away.  Nothing from that home was missing.
