Shots fired and car crashes after argument

The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after shots were fired on Ronald Reagan Boulevard early Thursday morning.

According to a source at the sheriff’s office, the suspect and victims had an argument at a gas station at North Street and Ronald Reagan Boulevard.

The parties left in two separate vehicles.  Less than a half a mile down the road, shots were fired and the victims’ car crashed into a building about 50 yards off the road.

Deputies say one of the victims called 911 and reported that the suspect had fired and kept on going.

When deputies say when they arrived at the crash scene they found the car, but the victims had been taken to a nearby hospital by a good Samaritan.

According to the sheriff’s office, at least one of the victims suffered a gunshot wound, but is expected to be okay.

Deputies say the victims and the suspect know each other.

As of late Thursday morning, no suspect information had been released and no arrests had been made.
